I would assume that GEOMC gets whatever machines are in the warehouse but what value do they have, i.e., retail or wholesale?
What would GEOMC do with them unless they want to go into the same business? My guess is, however, that CTTC will find an attorney who might stall things with appeals but that might only prolong the inevitable for Mir and the Board.
The question becomes whether or not they all have insurance that will protect them from individual lawsuits charging malfeasance or worse, which seems to be the path Lewis has taken. Given that Mir seems to have cut corners everywhere except for his salary, he probably cancelled the BoD liability insurance policy so that he could collect his monthly $25K. That might be the ultimate irony.
