You need to look at all of the facts behind this deal. The proof is in the DD. There has been not a single fact that has negated any of the DD or have any links been provided by anyone that disavow any of the DD. For months now this Reverse Merger has been underway..only FINRA has held up the finalization of the deal. There has not been any uncovering of any falseness in the deal and therefore the SEC nor FINRA has concluded anything in all these months to stop it..I really think you should take my advise and GO LONG NOW WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME.
