You left out some important information - did you forget that Adamson tried desperately to keep from being revoked - but on the first attempt to file a Form 15 and Deregister the stock so the SEC couldn't revoke HJOE - Adamson filed the Form 15 for another company.

But you can't save the company from being revoked after it has been suspended by filing a Form 15.

And if you recall from the SEC Suspension Order we find the following:

"On January 21, 2016, Corporation Finance sent a delinquency letter to HJOE requesting compliance with its periodic filing requirements but HJOE did not receive the delinquency letter due to its failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules (Rule 301 of Regulation S-T, 17 C.F.R. Section 232.301 and Section 5.4 of EDGAR Filer Manual)."

How many times did you post the address was correct - or post about the company Zug?

Here was one of many posts you made about the address: "From what I've been looking at for months there's been a lot of wrong information about HJOE besides the zip code or address. That didn't seem to bother anyone nor was any attempt made to correct it?"

Looks like everyone that stated Adamson was using a fake address was 100% accurate.
