It's been talked about before but the company could cease operations and distribute the intellectual property to the preferred shareholders. Commons get left with nothing. Preferreds sell the technology. I for one can't imagine a billionaire like TG participating in anything like that. This whole investment is financially meaningless too him. I could see others doing it but not him. Just my opinion.
