Just about everyone, me included, thinks of BRK as a fund run by Buffett. Some people know about Chartlie Munger, who's become a celebrity too. But that's about the extent of how most people see BRK.

It'a actually a huge enterprise. Berkshire Hathaway has 367,000 employees.

I dealt with one company that was acquired by BRK long ago. I didn't see much that changed from my perspective as an outsider.
