Charlie doesn't issue PR's, he tweets....

... and rather delusional tweets at that.

Charlie was plagued by lawsuits before he even attempted to RM PERL into an OTC shell.

The only evidence that I've seen that Charlie ever sold anything was a couple of DIY helicopter kits.

You have to be able to show that there were damages in order to sue, Charlie shot himself in the foot a long time ago it seems. There is too much in the public record that proves this.

By the way, posting documents in the public record is not a tortious offense.
