The released the news in the AM, instead of after market closed. They knew it wasn't going to go over well, but didn't hide or shy away. Most companies in Canada, large to small, would of buried it after hours

We get away from SB in terms of holding equity, since part of the reason Im holding is the people involved (good) and SB are sketchy

Look up the lawyers that are advising them. Not a Joke. The damage to the company and shareholders is Real. Would be nice to get cash through arbitration, with no dilution...
