I think responsibility for the press releases lies with the CEO. The ‘new’ CEO is thus responsible for the last one, ages ago. The former ones lie with Cavanaugh. And I can understand why someone might feel duped by them, if in fact anyone bought relying on them. They seemed like utter bs I thought, but to each their own.

But I think you are saying YOU were duped. Doesn’t your personal duping depend on what you were told or what you read and who said or wrote whatever motivated you?
