According to emails here - Canoe is saying Franjose is not cooperating with their demands

Franjose said today he is having positive talks with Canoe.

Folks we are in the middle of business merger finagling. People keep butting their heads in and looking around, but it's like making sausage. You don't want to know how it's made or what goes into it. Be patient.

If this deal succeeds it will be incredible.
