It could be related to the move in the stock though. If there are enough people suggestible enough to convince themselves to believe the fictitious story started by what is basically a madman producing a webcast from his basement (or his mother's basement) alleging that the ACA is somehow closely tied to the NWS, then yeah it could cause a move. And if this community is reflective of the overall population, then yes, there are enough easily suggestible people out there to move the stock. The pitiful part is if, by sheer coincidence, the two things are closely aligned, the "suggestibles" will make an assumption about cause & affect.
