Yes, I did read the post you linked to... but in the post I questioned, you were talking about bylaws, not SEC guidance... so I asked how you know what it in BVTK's bylaws. You sent me a response about what is in the SEC guidance (below is what you linked to).
I read the post it was responding to, and you answered that one also with SEC guidelines (see below), not BVTK bylaws.
Did you not read my post? How do you know what the BVTK bylaws state?
