The first priority is to establish a viable business strategy (consistent and growing revenues and profits). Fundraising to effect the business strategy can, and should, come much later.

With respect to messaging: the TelcoSoftware.com transaction could be rescinded to drop the O/S by 40M shares. That provides a clean break between $VSTR and $PVSP, and the past.

In addition, it'd be nice if the new manager could get an agreement in writing from the old manager that he won't sell any of his 25M shares for 24 months. That simply takes another potential block of stock off the table.
