Crazy trading action.
Some real actual trades happened, then some small sells but a small buy shoots it back up to .0397, small sell bring it down, small buy brings it back up to .0397, then another small sell.
I am not saying manipulation, or shorts, or anything else, just real odd
trading patterns lately.
The one thing I am saying, been saying, is if you want bigger blocks of shares, there are none to buy at these prices.

Things are getting tighter and tighter, which makes me smile.
As oral arguments are coming up and so is Judge Panel selection.
Wifi One is due in by 11-5, so that will happen first.
Calendar date hopefully will be up soon...
good luck on buying under .04 once all of that gets set in motion.
The only things that will keep this from moving up hard..

Some form of delay due to scheduling conflicts, but that won't be very long, and honestly I am really okay with a minor delay as that will put the CAFC decision in after Oil States SCOTUS decision. STill thinking the Oral Arguments go down first week of Jan though. Which if is the case, yes SCOTUS decision should come in first. MOre than likely SCOTUS comes in first even if we get put on 1st week of Dec calendar.
