Lots of activity going on with ViaLight, recently renamed "Mynaric". Current IPO proposed for Mynaric, 10.30ish. Current suggestions are thinking around 45 Euros/share ($53 US) Not sure if that might have some rebound on ABWN price but I need it to continue to go up. $/jag

Mynaric Plans IPO On Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Mynaric AG announced the Group is preparing its IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. As part of its initial listing, which is scheduled for autumn 2017, Mynaric plans to offer new shares via a public offering in Germany and a private placement outside of Germany and the United States to raise funds totaling around €20 million. Existing shareholders will not sell any shares as part of the IPO.
