Everyone is so afraid of dilution, but on the big boards dilution makes stocks go higher, not lower. E.g. Micron just issued 1B worth of stock and it went up. It depends on what they are going to use the money for. If it's to fulfill orders the stock (BARZ) could actually go up. Dilution isn't always bad, EVERY company dilutes, and it's how they fund themselves. It's a part of the economy and the capital markets around the world, and it's how capitalism functions. From my experience, sophisticated investors do not fear dilution, they take a look at what that dilution is for.
