Marijuana Investment Opportunities

Hello, I am new to this website and thought I would join. I have been in the cannabis industry for 7 years. I have been primarily focused on Medical Clinics where patients receive their MMJ cards. I also have a strong focus on extraction, CO2 extraction in particular on the East Coast.

With my core business being the equivalent of the "watering hole" I often come across opportunities in the cannabis space. Due to the nature of my business, if you are the largest investor in the state, the "best grower" ( I have had the privilege of meeting the best grower in each state I do business in well over 20,000 times, since every single one of them was the self proclaimed best,) a middle aged women with fibromyalgia, a real-estate developer, Attourney, lobbyist, etc. you have one thing in common.... You would need to come to one of my businesses to receive your medical cannabis card.

I am presented with dozens of business opportunities every single week, and to be honest its clear almost immediately that most of them will not be successful. Every so often though I will find a Gem in the rough. As I have continued to expand my core business into new states I have been approached about several opportunities that I feel are incredibly promising. Most of them have one thing in common, they require funding. I thought I would mention a few of them and see if anyone has any interest in discussing any further.

1. Massachusetts - This opportunity is based around a license that has already been awarded by the state and is under construction. Construction is expected to end by January with plants ready to then be cultivated. The facility is roughly 150,000 square feet, with an onsite dispensary. The grow and dispensary are fully funded and have all of the required personal to make them successful. I have been approached to handle the extraction side of the operation. The owners of the facility want to focus on the cultivation and storefront aspects of the business, and want an extraction company to step in and handle the entire extraction portion of the operation. The equivalent of a royalty would be paid to the owners of the facility to operate under their roof, use their plant material, and to be able to sell the product through their store front. One huge advantage of this opportunity is that even though Mass. allows wholesale transactions between licensed dispensaries, there is currently enough demand to sell all of the products directly to the consumer at retail price. This demand will only further increase once recreational sales are in place.

The funding is needed to purchase the equipment needed to perform the extraction. The team in place runs a very successful operation one state over. Total investment needed is roughly $750,000 .

2. Maryland Dispensary Storefront. This is a very interesting opportunity. Maryland has several different categories of licenses, including dispensaries that purchase flower and extract products from cultivator and processor license holders. These products are purchased at wholesale and sold at retail. The best comparison on this investment would be if the state of Maryland only awarded X amount of licenses to sell liquor, and only those liquor stores could sell products. This license is 100% for sale. Without getting into to much detail the location is very ideal, some would say the most ideal in the state. We can discuss this further if someone is seriously interested. Maryland just had its first harvest completed about 2 weeks ago and only has several dispensaries ready to open. With all of the delays that took place to this programs roll out, many dispensary storefront owners ran into issues. Some examples are related to funding (investors got tired of waiting and invested in other markets,) zoning, this opportunity is in a pre-approved zoned location, so there is no need for a zoning hearing or special use permit, and a final example being companies that wanted to be fully vertically integrated and did not win the required cultivator licenses to accompany their dispensary license. The asking price for 100% of this license is 2.5 million. I expect it to be sold within the next 7-10 days based on the current interest, especially since its clear very few dispensaries that were awarded licenses will actually be opening.

If you are interested in discussing either of these opportunities in more detail, or hearing about any of the other opportunities I am currently apart of please give me a call at 410-618-1376 Extension 1.
I also have a terrific opportunity regarding cannabis potency and safety testing that is fantastic. It involves multiple markets, unmatched talent on the team, and already has funding components.

It is nice to meet everyone, thanks for your time.
