p.s., Bob, those 30k shares did not go through as one block trade, but split up into half a dozen buys over the space of about 18 seconds, as MM was likely grabbing together different sell orders at that 0.70 ask price.

So some upper resistance at .70 has obviously been cleared out.

I think it's only b/c this one is OTC and flying under the radar that PIOE is not already well over $1 pps.
