It's a bit harsh to blame everything on the CEO when the company doesnt succeed. There are many factors too. Like the supply vs demand of product, the corporate decision of the board, the tight competition among companies. Everyone fails I believe but everyone has a shot to success if they keep on trying too don t forget that.
