The parties are actively engaged in settlement discussions and expect to
continue those discussions. Pursuant to Nevada Local Rule 26-1(b)(7), the parties
have met and conferred about the possibility of using alternative dispute resolution
processes and agree that, if they are unable to resolve this action, they will seek the
assistance of the Magistrate Judge assigned to this matter to facilitate further
settlement discussions.

Pursuant to Nevada Local Rule 26-1(b)(5), the joint pretrial order shall be filed not later than 30 days after the date set for filing dispositive motions. The last
date to file the joint pretrial order shall be April 18, 2018. In the event that
dispositive motions are filed, the date for filing the joint pretrial order shall be
suspended until 30 days after decision of the dispositive motions or further order of
the Court. Pursuant to Nevada Local Rule 26-1(b)(6), the disclosures required by
Rule 26(a)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure shall be included in the joint
pretrial order.
