If the Fed really wanted to create inflation there is a simple way to do it. Full scale buying of foreign exchange which would lead to currency wars and then trade wars and maybe even a shooting war.

All are inflationary as all get out.

What Ben is talking about is nothing more than marginal semantics concerning what the Fed is already doing.
