Likely Dr George Perry will be the principle investigator of The USA arm of the upcoming A2-73 Alzheimer's Trial. That is the most likely reason. There will likely be big surprises for this trial. Once the trial details are released on November 4th all will be clear and will seem that it should have been obvious to many. It is obvious to me already.
Dr. Perry is on board as the independent investigator in the USA. Likely the CRO is in place as well as the IND already approved by the FDA. Further there is a substantial likelihood that the USA CRO will have direct funding from a US Govt. Program. Shocking as this maybe to the naysayers, Anavex has been very busy behind the scenes and there has been a lot of progress that will be evident soon.
