...is right on. Most of this board does not want to look at a realistic time-frame for the FDA to actually act, and how that extended time will impact SP.

also...agree with you (and my point all along)...that BT knows the FDA and its inability to move quickly (less than 2 years)...IMHO, BT will only move on XXII, if and when they believe it is absolutely necessary, the need imminent and they have no alternative. FDA action will, resemble a "a stroll in the woods" vs a race around the track. Even at that we don't know what to expect and nor the degree of regulation, and neither does BT.
