I just went to Ft. Stockton Facebook page and used messenger to confirm the MMEX breaking date for November 16, 2017. Someone very quickly replied " November 17, 2017.
Screenshot below. (lower right hand corner)
Now I am convinced, because I verified the info directly. Just like I emailed Mayor Alexander several months ago.
