Thanks for your post. I remember now the private placement was reasonably priced compared to stock price which, for me, seemed noble enough. Well 22 million total shares give or take is certainly tiny compared to most of the penny fodder on ihub. But thats why it isnt a micro-penny, either. I was reckless here and went in w little dd and am way red. I was unaware that edibles were gated out of the medical mj in CANADA for a time, which certainly must have disrupted the co's plans. Great dd! Especially since their mj delivery intellectual property (the strips) may arguably be the crown jewel, currently.

Really hope management finalizes things and gets out of 'the shadows' stat!
