No doubt the July 2016 Federal Circuit ruling stimulated this mediation activity. And it appears, based upon the last court filing, that it will, to some degree, be successful. But, how much are we going to know about the terms of the settlement (non disclosure clauses are very common) and how much of the "windfall" will benefit the common shareholders?
