Saw a couple of lawyers that signed their most recent NT forms.Tried my luck with both.Just one answered with a very expected reply:

Gerald Chilton Jr.

I do not remember signing any recent filings for YaSheng. It has another firm that does its SEC work.

I have no idea what the company intends to do or not do.

Still waiting to see if the other one Leib Orlanski answers something more encouraging.

That number of the sister company with the same address as HERB is ringing.Would be interesting if someone speaking Chinese were to call and ask to speak with someone from HERB.
