I don't know the answer to that. It would help explain why they haven't filed a reverse split yet. Just doing a reverse split would likely be pretty expensive with all the paperwork involved. If they have to everything else and pay everything off that could cost many thousands of dollars these guys don't have. It's a pretty safe assumption they haven't done their filings in so long because they had no money to do it.

These guys who keep buying this stock are going to get stuck holding the bag. They're not going to be able to sell. We tried to warn them.

Have you heard anything else about those preferred shares, lawsuits or anything? Our buddy just posted here recently accidently. He meant to be posting on the board of his new employer. You know who I'm talking about. Our posts get deleted when we say his name.
