Not many financials at this platform of trading are audited. Certainly NO Q's are audited and as far as the 'K' is concerned.......well lets just say.........we are not in the new company name yet! We will see what they have to offer with financials but I suspect if they roll several companies into the shell..............we will be okay! JMHO
