well, the company seems quite deluded about how things work in the us and how to prove their existence and legitimacy as what the type of business they are claiming themselves to be. r.o. couldn't do that for them, nor can anyone else. if they are really who they say they are, it should not be difficult to prove it. all this mumbo jumbo about flying somebody to africa to get old accounting records is just smoke and mirrors. i will bet finra reps reviewing this ticker are laughing at this company's management. smh they just don't get it.
