The parties should provide electronic courtesy copies of all of these posthearing
submissions. Electronic copies of the exhibits should be provided in a
format, such as PDF, that is paginated identically to the paper copies
submitted to the Secretary. In addition to being filed with the Secretary’s
office, the parties’ exhibit list, proposed transcript corrections and objections,
and post-hearing briefs should be emailed to alj@sec.gov, in both PDF textsearchable
format and MS Word format.
