I Agree, but it seems like now a settlement is a matter of time. Okay it already seemed like it was, but now doesn't it seems like it's going to be a settlement on which all companies agree? That instead of only some of them, like I thought so far. Until a short while ago it seemed like ICM wasn't going to join and just kept shouting how good their product was. I thought they did need to go to trial with at least ICM. But if it is as it seems, it might be the even though it will have cost some, the settlement might be strong enough to practically force other companies like VLO to also join in later on.
It will not come for free, and it might be that a trial would have done a lot more for us. But even then, it think this might really be the 2nd best option.

They might still not be far enough to announce a settlement before or on the 27th of October, but I can't believe they will drag this on till after the holiday season.
