I agree -- mostly. But a settlement involves multiple sides. DVG for one will not want GERS crowing about the victory. He/ICM may be willing to fork over a lot of cash, but totally unwilling to have their ego publicly crushed. In this country, settlements very frequently have non-disclosure clauses.
