You might be right, but for now I still think that it is going to be very hard to screw this one up for KK. With the float as thin as it is, it will take very little to make this move. Also I think CC has to be looking for a settlement that makes them look the best. I think there is a reason why they've stopped diluting as soon as CC got in control. IMO CC wants a result that they can sell to other companies, not some fuzzy settlement that only helped a few insiders.
