This is the most accurate information pertaining to capital raises.

We are engaged in discussions with an investment banking firm to examine financing alternatives, including options to encourage the exercise of outstanding warrants. The Company is also seeking to refinance the Hercules Term Loan and is in discussions with banking firms to look at lending alternatives.
