It's really odd to me that he's not hammering the government on their now public lies in the discovery documents. What the hell is Ackman doing?

He's also wrong about the $187Billion - they never needed it. If he actually knew his shit he could actually hold their feet to the fire, this just looks like he doesn't actually know what happened or is ignoring it. He ends by feigning a concern for the GSE's ability to raise money to 'protect the taxpayer' yeah that's bullshit too - no one is going to invest alongside the government based on their actions in this case. No one, unless they keep giving them free money a la the CAS/STACR giveaways.

It's insane that he's not better on this subject.
