No mystery. The volume is moving at prices below the closing price every day. The closing price is smoke and mirrors. Of course that's if your of the mindset volume precedes price.

This isn't the NYSE. The ASk will keep dropping until the MM's get to a place where they can sell. Look at the spread. They know they are having trouble moving shares already. If the ASK doesn't get hit soon it'll be 7/8 next week.
