"AUDITED FILINGS ARE COMING SHORTLY"

Please... they haven't filed for over 3 quarters (11 months)... They missed their annual report... and haven't filed one since the year ending 1/31/16... almost 2 years!

And they have a STOP sign...

Delisting is more likely than seeing audited filings at this point...
