I don't know if you saw the new filings but AdvisorShares had $300,000 in the bank and Thomas is having issues negotiating a payment plan with Advisors. Seems to me he's not trying to gain control, he is just trying to get the money that we are owed. Unless you have a source beyond what the court documents are showing I'd assume the $2.2 and anything else we can get from URL or other assets the company holds.

Docs say that AdvisorShares has the money to pay they are just choosing not to.
