They are NOT revenue positive. If you remove the one time foreign currency gain they were $1MM in the red last filing quarter.

They are at most pulling in $3MM annually and that's assuming Blackfox is truly pulling $2.5MM annually which we have yet to personally verify. So they're still burning more than they're grossing.

So no, they are definitely NOT revenue positive.
