So has there been a forward split (x 1,400) back to 310M?

OTC says the O/S is 207,592... obviously sill reflective of the post-R/S number. Multiply that x $5.01 and you get a market value of $1,058,719. However, if you take that apparently wrong O/S (207,592) and re-inflate it back up x 1,400 you get a new O/S of 290,628,800.

If so, $5.10 is clearly not the curent PPS. You divide it by 1,400 you get a current readjusted PPS of
