The Company announces that it has obtained FINRA approval to effect the following corporate
actions:
Name change to Romana Food Brands Corp
Reverse on the common shares of 100:1
New CUSIP number: 77586U1034
New Trading Symbol: RFBC will be the trading symbol after October 24, 2017
The Company is focusing on the acquisition of food processing entities in addition to the
negotiations for California Sandwiches, a successful franchise business.
