The initial excitement was pretty great! UMS's ex internal controller made errors self admittedly her first PCAOOB project, the errors on the two year audit was the she used another accounting process inflating the overall revenue and was not in accordance with the PCAOB, they were costly and caused a trust issue for shareholders ultimately leading to a path to Ch.11.

Too bad for that.
