The only I can think of is a thought I mentioned earlier. Last year at this time the PPS was about .79 to .80. If you've bought between then and now you paid more and some cases allot more. At .80 you couldn't sell and not take a loss if you've been holding since last spring.
Also they just signed that agreement with Black Mountain. They have a warrant price of $1.75. The price going to .80 a week after that announcement probably doesn't look to good.
I realize my thoughts don't fit into "Technical Analysis". If someone has other reasons I'm listening.
