idk I haven't really been keeping up, but I did read last PR and it did say that there will be a R/S, 5,000 to 1. I can't really explain the volume but, 9-10 times volume is a good thing. we waited this long and I guess that all we can do. earlier this year they did take off $500,000 of debt off their books. plus stated that they will do everything in their power not to convert and more notes. they never mentioned how they toke off the debt but I can only assume, this is a mining company, maybe the found something.
