Outstanding Share (OS) increases mostly to Anying Huang.

In the first quarter of 2017, the OS increased by 78 million shares, which were issued to Anying Huang. No mystery there.

In the second quarter of 2017, the OS increased by 12.5 million (790,191,800 - 777,691,800 = 12,500,000). Again, no mystery here as these shares were issued to Anying Huang as seen in the second Quarterly Report.

In the third Quarter of 2017, the OS has increased by 43.5 million. 7 million of those shares were added to the OS in July. 36.5 million in August since the OS reached 833,691,800 by Sept 1st as documented on this board. The 7 million may have been employee issued shares, but we don't know for sure. The third Quarterly Report will clarify who these 43.5 million shares were issued to.

I am not concerned with the increases to OS during 2017 as we've seen the first two quarters went to a main player of this RM, Anying Huang. The third quarter increases to OS are most likely shares issued to employees and to other management who I don't see selling anytime soon IMO.

If I were a large investor in DOLV-ZJMY and believe in my company, there is no reason to dump my shares now when I expect the price to be exponentially higher in the next few months or years.

Are these increases in OS dilution?
It is dilution since the OS was increased and the pps is "diluted" over more shares. In other words, a shareholder holds a smaller percentage of shares since more shares were issued. Personally, I can live with this "dilution" as a major player in ZJMY was issued the shares. They will not sell anytime soon IMO. It would be asinine to do so.

What is 'Dilution'
Dilution is a reduction in the ownership percentage of a share of stock caused by the issuance of new shares. Dilution can also occur when holders of stock options, such as company employees, or holders of other optionable securities exercise their options. When the number of shares outstanding increases, each existing stockholder owns a smaller, or diluted, percentage of the company, making each share less valuable.

BREAKING DOWN 'Dilution'
Dilution is a case where a company is divided into smaller pieces, meaning that current investors have a smaller portion of the overall pie. While it primarily affects company ownership, dilution also reduces the value of existing shares by reducing the stock's earnings per share. For this reason, many public companies calculate both earnings per share and diluted earnings per share, which takes into account all options and other dilutive securities.

Share dilution may happen any time a company needs additional capital, seeing as new shares are issued on the public markets. The potential upside of share dilution is that the capital the company receives from selling additional shares can improve the company's profitability and the value of its stock.

The OS went from 699,691,800 to 777,691,800 in Q1 which equals 78 million shares. This is the exact number of shares that Anying Huang owns listed in the quarterly report. So there was no dilution in Q1.
