Black Candles have been a death sign for CVM. Almost everyone has been followed by a round of dilution. The fact the Greet thought the Arb would be finished "his words" in the second quarter, he said it again in the 3rd quarter just before a round of dilution, now again in the 4th quarter. This man has now clue as to when the ARB will be finished that much is obvious, what is obvious is they are in need of cash for salaries. This black candle is the ugliest of all and will likely result in a new 52 week low. I don't like it anymore than any of you, just what how I see this playing out. Everyone knows their out of money that patent news yesterday was just a ploy to increase share price for dilution news just like every other time. Of course this isn't a form of stock manipulation.
