I was hoping for some information on the preferred stock repurchase vote. I hope they are able to get that done in 2017. In the chart at the annual meeting, it said that 6,000,000 was going to go to a buyback. Can any of this be done without informing the commons of an agreement? How long of a bid process will the Dutch auction be open and then awarded? How will this affect the share price if this doesn't get don't this year?
