...not a matter of "loyalty"...a matter of who you can get to perform and the cost.

Chardan commitments are from smaller funds/broker-dealers...not Wells Fargo. They go down the food chain, not up. Not long term holders...they will sell into market for quick return. Its only a question of..."at what price point"
