The reverse splitting happens AFTER you have diluted heavily and the stock is no longer marketable, not before... and when asked during the CC, he did not rule one out in the future

The 2.2 billion share retirement was not a buy back. Big difference... It benefits him to get those shares back from failed deals. That wasn't some heroic act for the common shareholders. It was the only logical choice he had to protect HIS interests.

He says he will reduce the AS by a lot but its obviously a ploy. They have like 3.5 billion shares committed (at least) out of the 4 billion AS...

The AS can always be raised at any time, right?... so its just a pump tactic to fool those that cant do the simple math on how much stock they need to issue to satisfy the outstanding debts/funding. Its not a logical business move based on their share commitments, which raises a red flag with me... It indicates that he will say/do anything to fool investors, even when it's illogical.

Add up all the dilution, including the notes in the filing, which have deep discounts. Does an AS decrease make sense? Does the donut shop deal makes sense? Does the movie deal make sense? Does the MJ banking deal make sense?... The most important info is not being relayed to shareholders and i welcome him to shut me up with documented FACTS. Frankly i hope he does!... but i doubt it.
