CASE NOT CALLED. NO PROCEEDINGS HELD. CASE TO BE RESET WITH NOTICE.

So as I take it (and I'm no lawyer), it seems the case date is now moved out a bit...BUT due to pre-lim injunction and expedited discovery, the plaintiff believes they should win the case and are pushing forward. I think this is positive for all of us. Hopefully we will have a date set very soon. Reset with notice means that a future date is to be set as the defendant was not served with enough time to prepare for a case.

...And we wait some more lol
